The staff of Cancer Support Team brings decades of experience in oncology. We are compassionate professionals and also very knowledgeable. When we don’t know an answer, we know whom to ask to find out. Cancer Support Team is the “go to” agency when it comes to information about cancer.
In addition to one-on-one personalized meetings where CST staff review a patient’s diagnosis, treatment options and care management plan, CST offers additional resources as well, both at the CST office and through referrals to community partners.
THE BARBARA MELAMED MEMORIAL LIBRARY
This warm, inviting library, located in CST’s office, provides a comfortable environment where patients and family members can find books, pamphlets and resource guides about:
- Specific cancer diagnoses
- Ways to cope with treatment side effects
- Other organizations and resources that offer help to cancer patients and their families
Books can be read on site or borrowed.
